#130- American Catastrophe- East Palestine Train Disaste
Wednesday Mar 29, 2023
Wednesday Mar 29, 2023
On this Episode of A Brothers' Creed we review what is being called the American Chernobyl. The train derailment of 11 train cars in East Palestine, Ohio that contained cancerous causing toxic Vinyl Chloride. After the train was derailed to a supposed bad wheel bearing that could not control the leaking of these toxic chemicals onto the ground. After 3 days they "feared" that the tanks would explode so they released the full contents out of the tanks and lit it on fire with the hopes to fully combust and breakdown the chemical. Did it work? Should the residents be worried about the plumes of toxic black smoke and cancer causing chemicals being seeping into the ground water, or should the believe the government and Norfolk Southern, the company that owned the train? Maybe only time will tell.

Wednesday Feb 22, 2023
Wednesday Feb 22, 2023
On this special episode of A Brothers' Creed Podcast we do a theatrical telling of two stories of brothers. We celebrate the bonds of brotherhood and tell the stories of two sets of brothers from history that will inspire and entertain you. Jared first tells the story of the Montgolfier brothers who were the original inventors of the hot air balloon. They invented the first hot air balloon that allowed men for the first time in known history to break the bonds of earth and soar to the sky. The story talks about their discovery of the hot air balloon science, up to the first untethered manned flight in Paris. Ethan then shares the story of Frank and Jesse James. These notorious outlaws had a troubled past together but all along the way they supported and leaned on one another. They later in life they became bank and train robbers who pulled off many heists. Through the thick and thin of that lifestyle they stood together and perhaps helped fake one brothers death in order to escape the law. Don't miss this creed building episode about brotherhood and the important bond that can form between siblings.
