On this episode of A Brothers' Creed podcast we discuss how impactful being lonely can be on our lives. There is an epidemic of loneliness in todays world amongst many but particularly men. In this episode we share some of the ways loneliness may manifest itself in your life and what factors studies have shown that lead to increased chances of loneliness. We then share some personal experiences of loneliness that we have both have in our lives. We dive into some of the ways that people can better cope with loneliness and connect with others to feel the social inclusion they seek. Some of the tactics we share are not always easy and may require you to go out on a limb but taking a risk to build a connection is better than never taking any risk at all.

As always, he is running and fighting to save the world and those he cares about. Both of the Brothers break down by category the cinematography, plot, acting, and whether it builds your creed or not. Ethan’s score was slightly lower than Jared’s this time. On this episode of A Brothers' Creed Podcast we take time to explore some of the wild news and theories about what is going on with the UFO/UAP phenomenon in the world right now. We discuss recent news stories were a government official has discussed secret military programs that recovers crashed alien crafts. There has even been an instance where a family in Las Vegas has claimed that a UFO crashed in their back yard and they witnessed 8 foot tall creatures in their back yard. It wasn't exactly that "Signs" moment we all hoped for with captured footage of an alien, but it is interesting nonetheless. To top it off Jared talks about a wild Conspiracy theory people seem to be talking about a lot these days called Project Blue Beam. This theory is from a writer who predicted a false UFO attack in the year 2024 to convince people to give up their freedoms for security once again, we have certainly seen that type of action before.
