Brent shares with us his journey to become and Firefighter and Paramedic and how he got on that path. He shares with us an experience of a difficult fire he once battled that resulted in the near loss of his own life and the total loss of his fire engine. First responders are exposed to so many traumatic, stressful, and difficult situations. We discuss the importance of coping with these difficult experiences and Brent shares with us how he is able to do so in a healthy manner. Brent shares with us how creating laughter through his comedic videos is one way he is able to cope with the difficulties of his profession. Brent’s social media persona, Firefighter Fenton, give us a comedic look into the lives of firefighters and first responders.
