Every single one of these disasters were due to human negligence or problems, they all could have been avoided. First, Jared shares the story of the Vajont Dam in Italy, one of the tallest dams in the world, that was hit with a massive landslide that flooded the valley below. Ethan then shares with us the story of the Deep Water Horizon oil rig that dumped millions of gallons of crude oil into the gulf. He also shares the story of Flint Michigan and how their water system got so toxic. Join us as we learn lessons, cringe, and marvel at man’s stupidity.
