Have you ever wondered if you were being too hasty in your decision making or on the opposite end if you are being too indecisive. On this episode we discuss that spectrum and the dangers of falling into either of the extremes. Can there be a middle ground where we are confident in the decisions we make without taking too long to decide and conversely not rushing in. We share cautionary tales on both ends of the spectrum and really leave you thinking about your personal strengths and weaknesses. This episode will challenge you to think about your own decision making tendencies and hopefully make the proper adjustments needed if any.
